Overview
As a human resources counsellor, you will deal with a company’s most valuable asset, “human capital”, the preservation and enrichment of which is a great responsibility. You’ll learn how to serve people and organizations to make extraordinary ends meet by creating an agile and caring organizational culture. With us you can learn the main methods necessary for planning, development and evaluation, formulating complex relationships, and we also equip you with the necessary tools to solve emerging problems. In an inspiring learning and teaching environment, counselling competencies also develop and deepen.
The program is primarily taught by real professionals who are HR managers in daily practice or deal with HR consulting and human resources development. With the help of our professional and labour market partners, students can gain immediate knowledge and professional experience.
From November 2022, the work of active and experienced managers and trainers in the profession will also be supported by an Advisory Board consisting of HR managers and HR consultants to continuously improve the quality and professional content of METU’s Human Resources BSc and Human Resources Counselling MA courses, to ensure practicality and compliance with current professional expectations.
