Overview

The development of enterprises and the process of change require complex skills. As a student of this programme, you will not only acquire theoretical and methodological knowledge of innovation, but you will also expand your business knowledge with project management, analysis and evaluation methods, as well as business communication and negotiation techniques. We help you understand the relationships and interactions of corporate management so that you can perform middle or senior management tasks in different areas of domestic or international economic life.

A business has many components. In the master’s program, we prepare students to be able to analyze the activities of enterprises and solve complex development tasks in possession of high-level theoretical and methodological knowledge in business development (innovation). Through case studies and practical examples, we help you understand the connections and learn to think in complex systems.

Programme structure

The focus of the master’s program is on the creation of start-up enterprises, the management and innovative development of enterprises. Students acquire the methods by which they propose solutions for the analysis and innovative development of the activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the end of the program, we can get answers to what makes a good start-up, what makes a company “creative”.
